Minimum age 3; ages 8 & under require parent/guardian supervision

Closed-toe, clean indoor shoes or climbing shoes required

Tie back long hair; no loose clothing or dangling jewelry

New climbers must complete a safety orientation

Follow all instructions from the Climbing Wall Attendant

Ages 13 & under must be clipped in/out by staff or a parent

Ages 14+ may clip themselves with staff approval

Stay behind the yellow line until told it is safe to approach the wall

Use only coloured holds; stay in your route lane

No fingers in wall holes; do not touch or climb above auto-belay housings

Descend facing the wall with a controlled two-foot landing

Raise your hand when finished so staff/parent can unclip you

Report any equipment or wall concerns to staff

No climbing without a Climbing Wall Attendant present

Do not drop or let go of the carabiner or webbing; place it gently against the wall

Do not twist, pull sideways, or spin the lanyard/webbing

Ensure your harness is snug and the carabiner is locked before climbing

Lean back smoothly to descend — no jumping or swinging into other lanes

Wall equipped with Perfect Descent and TRUBLUE auto-belays

Devices are inspected daily and removed from service if needed
