Rules
- All players must wear full equipment, including helmets, during games and practices
- Everyone on ice must wear skates
- Certified hockey helmets mandatory for sticks and pucks, and mandatory 12 years old and under (CSA Standard) *with the exception of figure skating specific programs
- No checking or aggressive behavior permitted during public skating sessions
- Only authorized personnel are permitted in penalty boxes and other restricted areas
- No food or drink permitted on ice
- Spectators to remain in designated seating areas and not enter playing surfaces
- Respect the start and end times of rental period to avoid disrupting other bookings
- Report any damage or maintenance issues to facility staff immediately
- The use of showers in our Arenas dressing rooms is not permitted during or after public drop-in times. If you require a shower before or after your skate, Guest Services can advise you of available alternative options
Drop-in requirements:
- Sticks & Pucks / Sticks & Rings: Certified hockey or snow sport helmets (CSA Standard) are MANDATORY for ALL AGES (full gear not required).
- Shinny: Certified hockey or snow sport helmets (CSA Standard) are MANDATORY for ALL AGES (full gear required).
- Public Skating: Certified hockey or snow sport helmets (CSA Standard) are MANDATORY for 12 years old and under, including figure skating participants.
- Figure Skating: Helmets not required for figure skating specific programs only.
