About The EventJoin us for the Rockin' Rudolph Reindeer Run, a 5K run or walk along the beautiful Bow River in Cochrane, Alberta! Embrace the holiday season with a spirited, family-friendly event perfect for all ages. Whether you want to take it slow with a leisurely stroll, walk briskly, jog, or push your personal best, this fun run lets you set the pace!
After the main 5K, kids aged 2-7 can join in on the holiday excitement with the Jingle Dash - a FREE (with food bank donation) 100m dash hosted by Santa himself! Watch as the little ones dash across the finish line to Santa's cheers.

What to expect:
- 5K Run or Walk along a scenic route on the Bow River.
- Holiday Cheer: All 5K participants receive a festive beanie and a finisher’s medal.
- Kids’ Jingle Dash: A special 100m dash for our youngest participants (ages 2-7), with Santa waiting at the finish line.
- Seasonal Treats: Warm up with cookies and hot chocolate post-race.
Important Details:This is an outdoor event. Please dress appropriately for the weather! If the temperature drops below -20c, the event will be moved indoors to the Garmin track.
